​Albie Francis-Alles is an enthusiastic young coach with over 6 years of coaching experience. He holds the highest junior coaching qualifications and has worked with a range of teams across both Auckland and Wellington.



Albie is deeply passionate about player development, both on and off the pitch, and places strong value on building positive relationships with his players. His love for football drives his commitment to sharing knowledge, inspiring confidence and belief, and helping young players reach their full potential.



As a player, Albie spent five years living and playing at the Ole Football Academy in Wellington and also had a short stint at Fulham Academy in England at a young age. He has since played for Eastern Suburbs and and competed in the National League with Miramar Rangers. Currently Albie plays for Auckland United.



An ambitious footballer himself, Albie understands the journey players are on and brings this perspective into his coaching.
