Advanced Player Programme (APP)
The Advanced Player Programme (APP) is designed for young players who are serious about their development, while ensuring their wellbeing, confidence, and enjoyment of the game remain the priority.
APP works alongside school and club football, not in competition with it. Training loads are carefully managed so players are challenged appropriately without being overworked, allowing them to develop safely and sustainably over time.
Players train in small groups, enabling coaches to provide individual attention, personalised feedback, and clear development goals. The programme focuses on improving technical ability, game understanding, and decision-making, while also supporting important off-field habits such as nutrition, recovery, mindset, and lifestyle.
Each programme includes a blend of group training, individual support, and guided competition, helping players grow not only as footballers, but as confident, disciplined, and resilient young people.
